Welcome to our international kindergarten in Bonn!
We are so proud of our youngest class. It helps children to prepare seamlessly for life at our school and embeds our values and shared use of English: a safe and happy place to begin learning.
Learning in Kindergarten?
Absolutely! Learning begins as soon as children join our Kindergarten (age 3 – 4) and Reception (age 4 – 5) classes.
Our happy, social and play-centric environment also go hand in hand with genuine progress and development. Our curriculum focuses on the following areas of learning:
- Communication and language
- Physical development
- Personal, social and emotional development
- Understanding the world
- Expressive arts and design
We aim to stimulate our children’s social skills and encourage a sense of cooperation and independence. Children are encouraged to express themselves individually, while building up their self-confidence socially.
To find out more about our Kindergarten, the very best way is to arrange for a visit. Our headteacher is happy to give tours of our school, and to focus on our younger classes if that suits. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your visit.
In the meantime, this video focuses on our youngest two classes, and is a great introduction to life at Independent Bonn International School.
